Here are some tips to help you avoid purchasing a fake vintage Omega.

Here's a classic fake Seamaster:

First, you won't find "antimagnetic" or a jewel count on the dial of any Seamaster. Second, that's one crappy movement. Omega copper plated their movements since the word Seamaster has been used on the dial. Third, Omega never put the hallmarks (like the Ω WATCH Co inside the triangle or the 18K 0.750) you see on this watch's caseback on the outside - they were always on the inside.

Bottom line: ASK BEFORE YOU BUY! Part of the reason this forum exists is to help less experienced people buy decent vintage watches without getting ripped off. We don't even charge! It's a FREE service!
OMG! This is a crappy beauty . Why would they make a such a fake and spend time on it.

Apart from the wrong dial, hands, crown and movement ring this watch seems to be genuine. The 16.649.xxx movement is matching for the reference and the bezel seems to be correct.

Anyway, the price for this watch is out of range, considering what's missing to make it perfect.

How about this guys, I'm about to buy it in a old store here in Guatemala, I check all thing but the only thinks give it to me seconds thoughts, are the luminol on the Hour and Minute hands

Seller blackfridaysales11 is new on ebay and very dishonest, ask him a question about the watch and you'll see

Seller's first id was ibrahim jawa dahma _0 located in Austria, but the watch is in "Westminister, UK" a very serious guy.

An other brand new fake with typical faker signature on the caseback check picture for the triangle in the circle
