Have a wild guess.

And then try to read the title of this thread.

I suppose that as it is a terrible fake you sort of posted in the right place, you just didn't need TO ASK THE QUESTION!

Real or fake??

Hi Wes, or Milly,
I think some of your post might have been accidentally deleted.
The part where you said "hi" and "please" and "thank you"
We seem to be having some major technical issues, as this seems to be happening over and over again.

Getting a little scary that they have gone this far down the food chain, fake SM 300s weren't making enough profit or they couldn't make them fast enough for idiots to snatch up at bargain prices.

Note that ref 2495 is snap back case and it is not nor ever was a Seamaster.

It would appear that the only genuine part of this one is the movement, but the cal 269 is too late for this reference, so its not really right either.

The variations on the "18K Seamaster" seem to be endless...

There's a huge difference between fake and a redial.

"Oops, sorry, wrong thread" Instead of...

where do you see in my comments that I used the term FAKE? Your sir, are incorrect and if it's because I posted the aforementioned watch in the wrong subsection, then please be so kind to direct me to the proper forum.

This thread is amazing. As a newbie, I've learnt a lot going through the thread but honestly there are some watches which look so authentic, and I can't appreciate what on earth it is that some of the more knowledgeable users see to distinguish it. Anyway first time this has popped up on my feed, so thanks for keeping it going !

Help me report that fake... seller is rude and agressive:
A few month ago it was a typical stubbies fake, he then changed dial, then caseback, but it's still a fake !!

I've just reported this stinker to ebay, now let's see if they pull it. Movement is even marked by a different marker with Omega crudely added.
