Can anyone help with this piece I picked up a few years ago in Paris. I haven't opened it up or had it serviced and it is still running exceptionality well. Does anything stand out w/o seeing the "guts" that may red flag it as a fake? Anyone have an idea of the value. Mind you it does not have the original strap/clasp. Inscribed on the back 1964 which I am guessing that was the year it was given to the original owner.

Its genuine but it has a horribly refinished dial and a very worn back.

Worth a few hundred dollars for parts.

This sort of inquiry should be posted here:

Sorry for posting in the wrong section!
While I'm here could I ask how much you think it should be worth. Just a ball park figure.

    Hi Charlie and welcome.

Your watch is quite genuine and aside from the replacement crown looks original and very nice for your £200.

    image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Hi again
Over the moon now that little niggle has been sorted out I feel, never the less like I'm pushing my luck asking for your opinion again. The second watch needs a decision making about it's future. I'm over the moon with the first watch and have a seiko divers watch for everyday use so should really find a new home for the automatic omega. Again I have no idea if it's genuine, what it may be worth etc. And again would appreciate any thoughts you may have about it.
    Thank you once more.
    Charlie
