Hello all.
Long-time lurker and just joined as a new member. Introduced myself in the "The Great Big Introductions Thread" 👍.
Just recently looking for a clean dial 1960s - 1967 mechanical wind Seamaster and thought this was perfect.....until I saw the back and movement. Disappointed... a Frankewatch! I read nearly all the help threads, How to Fish, etc. and thanks to the valuable information, knew what to look out for.
All I can say is there's a lot of Omega junk out there for sale. Thanks OF for educating a noobie!

A franken is not a fake so it does not belong in this thread.

Hi everyone!

fake or real??

obviously the strap is not original, but I would wear this with a black leather strap anyways. Unfortunately, I only have these photos and none from the movement.
Thanks!

I think we can cut our OP a little slack. Yes, technically the wrong post thread but it was with good intentions and with suitable application.(which is more than can be said for some)
