Although this is not the place for questions and just posting known fakes (some members are sticklers on that), and a separate thread would be more appropriate to gain education- I feel your question is in earnest so will quickly address it.
I am not an expert on these but from what I have gleaned here on the forum is that it was not uncommon for Omega to ship movements with dials/hands to a country that had extreme import duties on precious metals to have them cased in that country. In this case, it's an English made gold case made to Omega specs. As the case makers varied from country to country- so can the markings- but they are very much correct for the watch and were sold through an Omega dealer.
