DON bezel same for 145.012 and 105.003?

Hi was just wondering if a 145.012 DON bezel would fit into a 105.003.

I know the case sizes are different but was wondering if an edwhite bezel and a 145.012 bezel are interchangeable?

Could any speedmaster experts shed some light?

Yes. All DON’s (60s, base 500) are the same by design. That said, it might very well be that certain batches age differently from others, so it might be the case that a bezel swap doesn’t go entirely unnoticed. (More likely would be that the condition of the bezel and case do not match, ie show different degrees of wear.)

The only difference you could eventually spot is on the external profile of the metal bezel
that holds the insert.
The older bezel may have a sharper edge than the newer one.
