This was on my eBay feed today. I am the first to admit I don't have the best eye or need for all original vintage. I do appreciate some Patina and natural wear but equally I would rather see something restored than lost (including a good re-dial). Having said all that at some point when it is pink it is cooked and when it is black it is F...ed surely?
Long story short this DON looks to be long gone or am I missing something ?

A seller can put up any piece of crap on eBay and ask anything they want.

A bezel with a fraction of that wear is worthless to me, but some seem to love beaters these days. The dial can be perfect, case in great shape, but for some reason a roached bezel has character. I'd put on a service bezel in a second and enjoy the watch.

And I am seeing more artificially aged repro DON bezels all the time, along with obvious lumed hands/indices. I'm not going to be the one to tell them. I'm sure others have noticed there are repros now without the built in tells that earlier repros had. It's a jungle out there.
