medallion is too warn out . dial text and font is incorrect. I would not buy this for a re-sale investment

This auction house is a mixed bag. Sometimes they have some good things and their fees aren't bad at all. However, I don't think they are really watch experts so you really need to know what you are looking at. This particular auction looked pretty thin to me.

I agree about them. This sale isn't the best I've seen from them but all in all I think they're fairly straight forward compared to some I've dealt with. It's always buyer beware with auctions. Back to the original question... Is there anything about this one that's right?

Some parts are ok. The movement looks fine, and the mid-case is usable. However, personally I think that the current bid of $370*(1.20)=$444 is already too high for it.

I ran across this on an auction site and there are a ton of watchers. Please teach me if anything looks right...
To me it's sort of pretty but most everything outside at least looks off! Please enlighten me why the following?

Couldn't have been easy to print "Swiss Made" over the pie pan edges - never seen that before 😁

Agreed with @Dan S - with a slightly rough case and not much left of the medallion, it's already exceeded parts value.

Well, I've learned a lot here because I thought the wear on the medallion was on purpose to obscure it being a total fake! Thanks guys!

I'll give the redialer 5/5 on originality. I have never seen a dial quite like that. Wonky Swiss Made is the cherry on top.
