Does this Omega Seamaster look authentic?

Good evening,

I recently came across this Omega Seamaster 166 0211, but I've never seen "Seamaster" written like that, the OMEGA script looks a bit different.
Also the fact that there's no "Swiss made" caught my attention. The date seems to be in Italian
What do you think?

Watch appears to be authentic, but the dial has been refinished.

new dial, although still a stunning watch with the roman numerals
