I like to avoid watches with Radium if I can. It was my understanding that most watches in the 60s utilized tritium but not all. The watches with tritium were used denoted with a “T” at the bottom. This watch in question only has the word “SWISS” but the luminous markers look similar to tritium to me. Would appreciate any advice here. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Vintage-196...f56-4c99-b4e3-3d771e8dbc64#vi__app-cvip-panelPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Cheers, Julian
It’s now sold, that said it may have had radium lume but the hands had been relumed with a material that was unlikely radium. Note the mint green color. mc
They are definitely not radium. However, there are like plots around the stick markers that are light yellow. It just seems strange the dial doesn’t have any “T”s along the bottom.
