Does This Omega Ref: PX6553 (Cal. 420) Have an Original Case?

Hi! I have a quick question about a recent watch purchase. I believe all of the parts on this model are original, but I'm unsure about the case. The lug tips seem a bit too wide. Additionally, I don't think this reference was ever made in gold fill. It's challenging to find information on American-assembled Omegas, but I can only find examples in solid 14k gold.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Clearly the watches pictured are two completely different references.

What makes you think they are related?

you need the reference found on the inside of your case back for us to give any advice.

Yours looks similar to a PX 6270, but the lugs look different in your pic. Any better photos from the front?
