Hello
@INeedHelp and welcome to the forum!
From your pictures we can tell your watch has all the classic hallmarks of a men's automatic watch dating to the 1950s.
Your next step is to find a local watchmaker who is familiar with vintage watches, and ask to remove the caseback on your watch. Inside you will find some numbers on the caseback that will identify the exact reference model of your watch.
On the automatic movement you will find a serial number that can be used to roughly date the manufacturing of your watch, and a three-digit number that will identify the movement type (it's caliber). With those three numbers (reference, serial, caliber) you will know just about all there is to know about your watch. Feel free to take some pictures of the inside caseback and movement and post them here.
