Does anyone have a modded Omega?

I've had several mods done on various watches in the past but this is the first Omega that has been altered, I really think it looks better than the OEM bezel.

Here is a PO that I missed out on but I know the guy that bought it, if and when it goes up on the block, I have first right of refusal.

I prefer the black bezel and black dial. The extent to my modifying goes as far as using non-OEM straps.

I think I saw you post this elsewhere, I think it'll look great. Which style of handset will you be using?

I posted the pictures in WUS. I intent to use the correct hands of an SMPc (picture below):

which have the blue / green lume combination

The case /dial assembly will look like this at night:

Will use an Omega 1120 movement as was not able to find a 2500 for it. (different enlargement ring needed, among other things)

Awesome, you'll have to post pictures once she's done.

Thanks, thats the plan! I should have the movement in about a week, once received will ship parts to my watchmen for assembly. Guess will have it completed by mid October timeframe.

As an update to my SMP ceramic case with wave dial build-up, got the movement so now all parts are being shipped to my watchmen for assembly:
