Yes I love watches, but yes sometimes it’s nice to disconnect at the lake. You’ll be happy to know tgat I did take my watch with me.

·If you have an away from the home insurance policy that covers your high value items take a nice watch or two with you.
If you don’t then don’t.
I think I use my watch more on holidays because there is no structure to the day so I don’t care what time it is but when I’m asked or need to check the time for reference I have a watch on.

·I do because I couldn't go without a watch for an extended period of time. I also tend to really use my watch when on vacation especially in a different timezone

·My wife gifted me a 3-watch roll a couple years ago and it comes with me on every extended trip.
I know it’s going to be an especially good vacation when the roll goes in my suitcase holding only 2 watches.

·I never go anywhere without a watch. The best ones go in a safety deposit box and I wear one of my vintage beaters at the cottage.
