·I used to subscribe to quite a few magazines, but I feel like I have less and less time to read them these days. Not sure I would even buy one now in paper form as they tend to linger around the house.

··Pratts! Will I B******S!!!Once upon a time I thought it would be otherwise, but I don't subscribe to hard copy anything - magazines, newspapers, etc. And can't remember the last time I bought a physical book, though I continue to read voraciously.

·I have a subscription to Private Eye but to be honest I’ve hardly read it since Johnson got in; it just makes me angry.
I also used to read Q a lot until I sent them a review of some album. They sent me a really shitty, patronising reply so that was that, and I was unbearably smug when they called it a day. Missed a trick there, lads.

·Some folks went back to reading magazines after “certain publishers” quit air brushing certain regions of the subjects portrayed in their magazines. 😁 “Nuff said!”

·The Economist. My local library has a digital subscription. I have my phone read it to me when I walk.
My preference is to read it in a paper magazine and then on a tablet but I am a captive audience when I walk.

·I subscribed to The New Yorker for years and years. They act all elitist, but I got it for about 50 cents an issue. You can't read Spiderman comic books for that price!
After 2016, most of the issues were anti-Trump screeching which got tiresome quickly. Once in a while, however, TNYer would have an article that was absolutely fantastic. I still remember old articles from years ago.

··This Space for RentI get so many computer and industry-related magazines at work I stopped getting magazines at home except for Stereophile. I've been reading it since the '80s, and I enjoy reading between the lines when JA glosses over measurements that are a bit less than state of the art.

·I used to read a heap of magazines, but the only one I get regularly now is Esquire, which my better half organised a subscription for last Father’s Day. It seems that most print magazines seem to carry more advertising than they used to, but that could just be me getting old and cranky 😲.
On the other hand, classic literature is relatively cheap - this month my book club is reading Breakfast Of Champions, which cost me less ($15) than an issue of Mojo. I have read books on my iPad, but much prefer the experience of musty paper.

·The only print magazine I subscribe to now is Sky and Telescope. My favorite features are the knowledgable summaries of current astronomy research, cosmology, and space exploration, and the observing suggestions and equipment reviews.

··history nerdI get a few: History Today, WatchTime, and a car magazine. I like The Economist as well, although I usually read the copy my school library gets. My wife reads more magazines than I do, including Food and Wine, Local Palate, and Southern Living.
