Do I sell my brand new FOIS or my 2022 3861 Pro?

So, I've concluded I need to sell one of my Speedmasters, since I can't really afford to keep both. Either my brand new FOIS, which looks amazing or my 2022 3861 Pro, which has become like a close friend to me.

I think the Pro fits my wrist a bit better, but the FOIS is much more vintage in design.

I've included some pics with a few wrist shots.

Let me know which one should go.

I'd 100% keep the FOIS, plenty of 3861s around if you want to add one later again

Either of those could be easily replaced if you wanted to in the future. I'd sell the one that would be the least amount of funds lost (assuming you bought retail).

I’d stick with the FOIS - great vintage look, flat link, straight lugs etc. A nice differentiator vs. other speedies. The only downside is readability at some angles, which isn’t the best. If this were the most important criteria, then that’s the only thing that would make me keep the other.

I'd keep the FOIS, there are tons of 3861s on the market if you want to replace it in the future.

I genuinely struggle so much with topics like this because which watch we wear on a daily basis is such a personal decision. Or at least, it should be. Involve finances, money, it becomes even more personal.

Yeah, I'm struggling to know what to do. Now a few days have past I'm not feeling anywhere near as bad about buying the FOIS as I did.

I just posted the fois on Chrono24. In the end, I just can't bear to let my beloved Speedy Pro go.

Depends how you’ve priced it against others in your country and how well you’ve presented it.
