Looking to get a 212.30.41.20.03 diver ceramic bezel, non-wave dial for his 40th

would prefer on speedy rather than 5 link bracelet

Does anyone know if it was available on one (like the 2254.59 was? or do I need to buy part separately if I try to achieve this?

thanks!

I do not know if that would work but I would recommend buying a new/used version of the ceramic diver on ebay since they guarantee authenticity now, you will get a nice discount and you are going to need it for buying that bracelet by itself.

I do not recall ever seeing the ceramic on the speedy style bracelet, just on the bond bracelet or 5 link bracelet as you call it.
AFAIK the bracelets of the 2254 and the ceramic non wave dial Seamaster are interchangeable. A used (or new) bracelet of the 2254.50 won't be too hard to find. 👍

If that ceramic is 20mm, then perhaps.

The part number for the bracelet is 1610/930.

Which is the 1610? The speedy one, or the one 5 link?

That is the speedy style bracelet and will fit the SMP 300 ceramic.
If you Google Pictures that reference number you will see some SMP 300 Ceramic come up with the bracelet fitted 👍.

I figured that if the 2254.50 could come on a speedy bracelet and also on a “five link,” then they must be “interchangeable.”

Though, I guess, there could be a five link that fit the 2254.50 and a different five link that fits the ceramic 300 diver. In which case my logic would be incorrect.

Certain of the Bond bracelets do fit the 2254.50.00, as I have one. I don't recall if the end link is marked but 834 comes to mind?

The five link bond for your 2254 has a different model number then the five link bond for the ceramic SMP 300. I do not know in regards to the end links but as said before they are interchangeable.
As you likely know the 2054.50 was standard fitted with the bond five link bracelet. The 2254.50 came standard with the speedy style bracelet.

Ah!
Well then, that changes everything.

I guess the better question is “is there a speedy style bracelet, or any other omega stainless steel bracelet with all brushed links, that will fit the ceramic diver with the non-wave face?”

Perhaps this answers part of your question - I'm not sure about the fit of this bracelet to the SMP with ceramic you mention above (212.30.41.20.03), but I recall there being some discussion about the fully brushed speedy-style bracelet for the SMP GMT 2538.20, seen in this link: https://omegaforums.net/threads/what-bracelet-came-with-the-omega-2538-20.121830/

Yes. I believe that’s the same phenomenon as the speedy style bracelet that fits the 2254.50. Doesn’t the great white have the same case?

The speedy style bracelet from a 2254 will not fit the new diver unless you file off the little tabs on the end links that fit under the lugs. It will slide right in once those are removed, but the end links will not fit snug. The end links could possibly be modified in some way however to make it a perfect fit.
