I've been watching that one for ages, just can't decide if I should take the plunge.
What's the BIN price like, crazy? high? about there?

very high, IMO. these should be more in the $500-700 range, even in good condition.

The lugs on this one are polished, (the whole case is actually) not crispy like Warren's. The watch is not NOS, unworn as claimed. Also some funny looking grainy stuff on the margins of the dial. I was looking at this one too, rather pricey for just medium good condition, not NOS.
