Different pip (insert) on Planet Ocean 2201.51 - what's the deal?

I've been looking at the 22xx Planet Oceans for some time now and I noticed the pip location differs on some inserts. The Omega website shows it placed right in the middle but some show up where they are located more towards the bottom. Are these original? Service insert? What happened?

I got these from ebay from a well known watch seller so I assume everything is legit.

The font on the bezel is also slightly off (compare the gap on the 5 and the 2 between the two bezels). My guess would be aftermarket.

I think the second watch shown has an aftermarket bezel. The pip should be centered in the triangle. I own the 2201.50 and the pip is centered. Although it's possible it's really terrible QC. But my money is on it being aftermarket.

Aftermarket bezels are pretty common, it's a LOT of money for a full bezel from Omega as they don't sell the insert, just the bezel complete. By comparison you can get an aftermarket off ebay for ~$20 but there's a LOT of variation and they're all a bit wrong

As others have said, that second bezel is definitely not oem. When looking at fakes online, it's pretty common for the bezel pip to overlap with the triangle, and the bezel font to almost peel away from the dial. I was actually looking at a fake summer blue SMP the other day that had this exact issue.

EDIT: just to add, I just saw a Planet Ocean with one of these aftermarket bezels sell on reddit's watch exchange with a bezel that looks like this:

Keep your eyes open out there! I think at this point, there are plenty of these that have had aftermarket bezels fitted.
