Hi Guys, I have purchased a watch. I wanted to know if it is authentic. The reason I ask is because I found another similar http://www.oldworldjewelers.com/preowned-omega-diamond-dress-D6800-black-14K-white-gold The main difference I notice is the caliber difference 620 vs 630 I can always return it via ebay 30 days. Thank you

The seller looks reputable and I think you might struggle to say the sale was a misrepresentation. It is not unusual for movements to be substituted on vintage watches and you would need to get an extract from the archives to check if the case and movement are an original match. I don't know if either of those movements you listed are a match for that design but I am sure someone here will know that. Depending on your location I would not rush to try and send a return back to Ecuador. How much money have you set aside for a service? I have done good deals from overseas / from reputable people - they have all needed work when sent to a good watchmaker. It is highly unlikely the watch has been serviced to a good standard - worth getting it checked (not something you can complain to the seller about).
Same watch / same serial number is for sale on Chrono24 as well ….but listed in the States which would worry me - then again I have known dealers who have more than one outlet for import export reasons.... https://www.chrono24.com/omega/manual-cal-620-14k-white-gold--diamonds-ladies--id7241454.htm#gref
Hi Guys, I have attached the photos of the ebay purchase https://imgur.com/XXzr51y As for the alternate supplier https://imgur.com/KQZbe7g The main difference I notice between the suppliers is the movement. Ebay has 620 movement Alternative has a 630 movement (Omegafanman answered - Thank you) The second thing i notice which looks however consistant across both watches is that the 12 indicator (on the face of the watch) is slanted. Is it normal for omega to make slanted 12 oclock face dials? The other thing I did notice is that the band is cracking, the seller did claim it is new unworn & genuine) https://imgur.com/eJZTtp7 Thanks
These are still links. What is being requested is that you upload images directly to the forum. Links to Imgur get broken and the pictures disappear. Images loaded directly to the forum do not. This is requested because if someone in the future is in your shoes, googles their concerns, and stumbled upon this thread... they will see images for comparison vs broken links. Please upload images via the “add photos” button next to “reply.”
Hi Scarecrow , Yes I saw the image link on the tool bar and it said add url, I didnt notice the add phtotos button. Attahed are the ebay photos
The movement marked 630 is not correct. It appears to be a caliber 620 with a bridge from a caliber 630 added/replaced. The two movements are very closely related, the caliber 630 having a center seconds, which this clearly does not have. Caliber 620 is correct.
