Hello everyone, I feel as if I've finally found the place I've been seeking to help me find my grandfather's Omega Seamaster that was lost to me many years ago..here's my story. I was just in my early teens when grandfather handed me one of his two Omega watches. I was given a black dial Seamaster with a custom bracelet while my older brother got a gold white faced Seamaster with black leather strap, both watches were self winding (circa 58 to early 60s I think). Although I was very grateful for having been gifted this amazing watch I was too young and obviously did not value the gift that much. When I finally left for college I decided to leave the watch at home so I wouldn't lose it, but years rolled into decades and I never saw my grandfathers watch again. I have since been in search of a worthy replacement and recently found a picture of the same bracelet in the internet and it has since reignited my search for a replacement this lost treasure. I hope I have come to the right place and you can point in the direction where I can acquire this momento of my dear grandfather. Sincerely, Jay
thank you for your reply @marturx, yes my grandfather's Seamaster was to similar these that you shared. It was a black-face with steel colored Omega logo, hands and hour markers.
