I like it and I'd keep it or try flipping it for a profit then buy another.

This would annoy me, I would want a new watch if this is the case, because now they have to open it and so on.

On the other hand the rolex investors seems to sell
APH daytona and air king, with defective dial for higher price, so who knows if you plan to sell it.

Maybe someone have a cool name for this dial that will increase the price? 馃槈 (joke..)

Unacceptable. Reminds me my first 8900 aquaterra I recieved brand new without luminova on 11 index.

You paranoid conspiracy fans with your "OMG it's been photoshopped!" comments do crack me up. And I mean that in the nicest possible way. If it is photoshopped, he did a fabulous job changing the reflections, tone and color of the copied "9".

Me, I wonder if I would have noticed it when trying on the watch (probably) and would have still bought it (unlikely). However, if I had noticed it later as did the OP, despite my incredibly OCD nature, I think I might be inclined to keep it because of the uniqueness. And really, I think I can figure out what time it is without the big numbers. My Speedy Sammich for instance, only has indices and I have no trouble telling that I'm late for work.

I think that is such a cool feature! Think of all those who are looking for an 'unique' watch and then see you rocking this 馃榿

I would keep it, no question.

Rest assured that if mechanical watches still are collectors items 40 years ahead, this one will be a fair bit more valuable than all the others of the same ref 馃槈

Send it back to Omega and have them replace the "12" with a "9". Then you'd REALLY have something. 馃槈
