Hello all,

Recently acquired a PO 39,5mm and noticed what I believed to be a bit of dust on the dial but under magnifcation they seem be to holes in the ceramic dial?

The one at 8 o'clock is the most noticeable but there's a similar one at 9 o'clock, smaller ones at 12, and another near 3 o clock.

They seem to be perfectly round holes so I don't know what could've caused it?

Does this seem like a manufacturing defect?

I'd take it back and get it checked out, not really ok for a brand new expensive watch

That would be very disappointing to me, and I'd bring it back. It almost looks like there was something in the 'wash' fluid they use to clean them before installation (I assume that is the step) that didn't evaporate/dry like it was supposed to.

Most likely just something that can be cleaned off.

Thanks Archer, I'll send it back to the dealer I bought it from to see if they can fix it.

It's not a new watch, but the dealer I bought it from said they'll inspect it and fix it if possible or offer a refund.
