De Ville Chrono 145.018: a few questions...

I’m thinking of adding another 145.018 to my collection (I already have the tri-color subdial version).

(1) My first question is regarding dials. I’ve seen a few versions online without the tachy scale. I think I’ve seen enough pictures to just about convince me that the non-tachy dial is correct, but was hoping someone might be able to confirm. (AJTT shows and mentions a non-tachy version for the earlier Seamaster De Ville chrono 105.005 / 145.005, but no indication of this for 145.018)

A few pictures showing tachy and non-tachy:

(pictures from Chrono24 and elsewhere)

(2) Secondly, I’m not averse to getting a gold-plated model, but obviously the likelihood is that the case (+ pushers, crown and possibly hands) will look the worse for wear. I was hoping maybe Archer (or someone else) could confirm the availability of parts for the gold-plated 145.018 (and SS for that matter). I wouldn’t rule out getting an entire new case for a gold-plated model rather than going the re-plating route...Thanks.

And just to end, here’s a picture of the 145.018 I already have:

I love the grey dial variant, I have the 145.017 in the grey dial variant, it's one of those dials that pictures don't do justice!
