Datejust ref. 16014 dial question

Hi all,

I got this DJ ref. 16014 yesterday and I could see that some markers have scratched white painting (1,2,4,7 &8) on the top while on others is OK. On 7 o'clock marker there is some paint on the wall so to say (just a little bit). That is for me some kind of indication that top of the markers was painted white at some point.
Rest of the dial seems original to my eye, at least.
Would you remove white painting from top of the all markers? Or maybe repaint them? Or find another dial? And do you think the dial is original at all?

I see some things that appear irregular to me. There is no bezel or crystal. You didn't say you removed them, so I have to ask if it came without these components. The number 11 is off center in the date window, and the hands are indicating 9:09. This model likely has a quick-change date feature, so there may be problems behind the dial. Your pictures don't really portray the problems you think you are seeing on the dial. The problems you think the dial has may be minor compared to other problems with the watch that you are likely to have to deal with. So attend to the major surgery before you contend with the cosmetic stuff!

First of all thank you for you reply and for your concerns.
It may seem as I am a newbie but I do not consider my self that.
There was both crystal and bezel with the watch and the watch is at the watchmaker right now for the overhaul with all parts needed.
My question was not regarding state and function of the movement or missing parts either. It has been checked and is being dealt with.
The question is regarding white paint on the top of the markers😀

@Fost: Do you mean that the white colour on the markers is tritium or are you referring to small tritium dots at the end of the markers (on a minute track on the dial itself)?
I think all tritium dots on the dial are accounted for as I remember checking it but I can check again when at watchmaker.

I did address your dial concerns when I said that the very fine detail concerning the dial that you can see with the dial in your hands, simply doesn't show well enough in the pictures you posted, for me to make a meaningful comment!
