Dail official and correct? Good deal? Your opinion much appreciated.

I was offered this 1952 Seamaster with black dial. According to professional seller, this is original black and not restored, retouched or anything. I am not professional enough to be the 100% sure. What is your opinion on the (state of the) dail? Asking price is 800 euro, watch will receive full service on the mechanics before sale. Thanks!

Seamaster font is wrong for the 50s, second/minute marks are too long, lume missing from plots on dial.
