Deep cool is good, corsair is solid. I've been doing this for 30 years and IT is my day job so of course I play games at night to unwind. Have to choose between that or the PS5. First world problems.

Any experience with Prime 95 for stress testing? If so, can I PM you some questions?

hehe, wish I could use it for mining but its just for architectural visualisations and VR. We use a gaming engine frequently these days so its always about MORE POWA! The dual xeons are very useful too.

Yep there is nothing like having Dual Xeons under the hood, this machine I use as my daily driver is a Dell precision which is now getting old but still kicks ass compared to brand new I 7's. The only upgrade I would ever consider is the latest Dual Xeon Dell Precision.

Yikes! This thread makes me realize I know absolutely nothing about high tech computers.

Now please excuse me while I go wind my watch.

My thoughts exactly. What is this the nerd parade? My desk top still has a pull starter.

You should be using more like Cinebench or time spy that way it runs the GPUs as well.

Started out with the EVGA 3080Ti Hybrid after joining the queue in March 2021, I "got the call" in October. Hell yeah I bought it, why not?

So trying to get it all into my existing case would not work, there just wasn't enough room for all my drives and fans. So 1 click on amazon later (after an hour of research, of course) landing the beQuiet! case. Very good modular setup and has lots of ways to hide your wires and can be a tight fit along the way.

Latest addition

The motherboard had issues fitting but after redoing all of my SATA cables and getting a 50cm 24-pin ATX power wire, I was able to finally get it all buttoned up.

Hybrid radiator sucking in the cool air.

beQuiet fan pushing it out the back

So much tech nerdery, love it!

@CJpickup57 great rig, cool color combo!

@RevZMan123 beautiful... your box is stellar - only thing we have that overlaps is the chip otherwise yours is next level!

Both of you have fantastic cable management!!

Thanks -- years of practice really. I'm 46 and built my first PC when I was like 15 or 16. 80386 with an extra math co-processor!

I may go watercooling for my CPU someday but with this setup, as you saw, I'm only pushing into the red on all-core testing.
