Hello, I'm going to see this on Sat. Has it been redialed? Any thoughts? Thanks

I would bet its a redial but at least a "well done" one. in case you wish to acquire an all over factory original watch I would not recommend it. if you just like how it looks your good to go. these models have become rare these days, especially in steel. how much is the seller asking? it may not be the general consent in this forum but I have to say, I like the watch.

The price is £3450

😲 I'd say that's almost 3x too much for that ugly redial with a polished case and modern mis-matched crown. Take your time, do some research and be patient, you should be able to find a very nice one for somewhere around €3-4K

Thanks Cristos, I don't think i can buy a watch that's been fettled with too much. Sounds like this one has seen a few changes over the years.

I still like the look though, never mind, I can wait for the right one.

Hello you vintage experts,
Being an avid collector of modern Speedmasters, I am very new to this field. The Cosmic caught my attention but I was obviously alarmed by all the redialing-"issues".

Can anyone give me a thought on this example? Looks a bit too good to be true, right?

Thank you very much,
