Corroded hands Chrono 3513.50

I have my eye on a Speedmaster 3513.50. A couple I have seen have corrosion on the hands. Is this a particular problem for the model ?

How much would you budget to replace the hands ?

It happens - wouldn't call it a particular problem though. Hands are about $100 for the set, plus labour...

If the hands are corroded, is that a sign that the movement could be corroded too?

Could be, but not for certain. Hands sometimes lose their plating without any issues with the movement.
