Correct movement or not?

Hey guys,

I'm very interested in buying this watch but I'm unsure about the movement. Shouldn't it be 353 and not 355? And if it has been replaced, is it bad and should I refrain from buying?

Thanks for helping!馃榾

Isn鈥檛 the only difference in the regulators on the two movements? The 353 with a standard regulator, and the 355 has a micrometer regulator with a whiplash spring. That would be my guess. Other than that, the movements are identical, to the best of my knowledge. Mine has a 355 calibre in it. Twins, except for small differences in the dials.

Interesting! And thanks for pointing this out.

If that's the only difference then I guess although the 355 was incorrect, it wouldn't have any effect on the performance of the watch? It would just be wrong 'on the paper'?
