Correct crown for Omega 2791-2

Hi all. I've had this Omega 2791-2, cal. 266, for a few months now. It has a crown that vaguely resembles the original, but it's too thick and of course, has no Omega logo on it. Omega archives has an entry on it, for which I've been basing my search.

I've tried Otto Frei and they don't have the reference listed in their crowns section. That's left in searching randomly on eBay for something that's remotely similar, but there's diameter, tap, thread, and all the variables that I know nothing.

Anyone has either a source or some tips on how to look for the correct crown, just by the case reference?

Use the reference number and Google search. Take note of watches that have the same crown. Won't tell you the part number, but will help in type/look

Part say 45003 is the crown if reading right

That's a great resource. Thanks for referring me to it. It seems in this case the crown from the vintage database matches the reference from the post you mentioned.
