Model600
ยทHi everyone,
After a lot of searching, I've finally bought my first Omega (strictly speaking my second, the first ended up going back to the dealer after I'd had it a week owing to issues). I'm really happy with it but it's missing an original buckle.
it's a 1958 Constellation with (I think) a relatively rare 504 movement. I note that there's a very comprehensive buckle thread that helps a great deal in sourcing a genuine buckle. I'm a bit of a stckler for everything being consistent with the period and would like ideally to get the correct buckle - I'm unsure how 'important' this really is and if even buyers/dealers care.
To an extent it doesn't matter so much as I intend to keep this watch and ultimately (and somewhat mordibly ๐ )leave if to my son one day. But I'd prefer to wear it 'complete' if possible.
Thanks
