Contemplating purchasing of ref. 2450

Hey everyone I came across this ref. 2450 but I have never seen a black dial 2450 before. I am just looking for as much information as I can on this watch as I am considering purchasing and would like to see what advice I can get. There are some photos of the case back, movement, and dial of the watch I am looking at.

There are some black dialed around, try Google. This one seems to have a refurbished dial, the wrong hands (should be syringe with lume), and a very tired movement. Not recommended IMO.
