This may or not matter to you but in my experience the white dial SMP is slightly softer in the secondary market vs the blue or black. It seems to attract maybe $200-250 less at resale. I'm not certain about the grey version but I suspect it is more like the white than black in this regard. It wouldn't stop me buying one at all, but it is worth bearing in mind when you buy as they may be more inclined to discount the white one if it is a slower seller then the darker colours, and I suspect it is. The 2023 Summer blue still seems strong.

I had noticed this too, the price for the White dial is about 500 less on the secondary market, mostly compared to the Blue (have yet to see a black one show up).

I can't really say why, but this thread has made me seriously consider the 2538.20.00 as a potential next watch....

Hello All,

I'm contemplating the purchase of a Seamaster 300M with the white face ( 210.30.42.20.04.001 ).

Have you bought one yet?
