··ΩF InvestiGatorA head-on picture of the dial would be helpful. It is generally difficult to tell rose from yellow gold in a photograph without a sample of both in the same shot.
Is the medallion on the back rose gold also? Generally, the color should match both the hands and indices.

·The gold indices on a Constellation ( both yellow and rose gold) are solid gold.
‘Silver coloured’ indices are rhodium plated -except where they are, uncommonly, white gold.
I’m pretty sure hands are plated not solid gold.
