·You've been given your answer several times at this point, but I will add that it appears he only said "fabulous dial" regarding it's condition. Chalk it up to a (I presume) newbie lesson.

·It was a BIN listing, so you can change your mind and return the watch for a refund minus postage within 14 days (or it might now be 28, not sure) as long as you return it in the identical condition to which you received it. Just make sure you video the packing to be on the safe side.
