To me the dial looks ok-ish given the pictures you have posted okay in one and iffy in the other...in other words I can't tell for sure. The lume plot at 3 seems to be partially missing. Its also worth noting that there is corrosion on the indices but the paint is in very good condition, that sets off an alarm for me and warrants a look inside the case to see if there is more to the story. The hands don't match the indices which suggests that they may be replacements and that sets off another alarm. The case is nice and sharp.

looks like the real thing to me. I would buy it at the right price.

Thanks! Here are a couple of additional pictures. Looking at some other pictures online I think the lume next to 3 looks right, but you have a good point about the overall condition of the dial compared to the corrosion on the indices.
I also thought the hands match the indices. That could be just a problem with bad lighting when taking the picture.

Bumping this for an additional question for the experts. Does it make sense that the hands and indices are golden while the case is silver? I couldn't find other photos of this specific model online.

One last bump in case someone can opine on whether this is a frankenwatch, because of the steel body and gold indices and hands. Thanks.

In general, Omega has done a lot of watches witih gold hands and markers in a stainless case. Very common. So I wouldn't automatically think this is wrong. Whether you like it is, of course a separate question. I personally do not. 😀

i initially bought a vintage in stainless case with gold indices, although i returned it for some other reasons, seems to me that this is all original, but don't take it from my untrained eye since I just bought a vintage a week ago. I also rarely see bubbles and patina on the dials with satin finish like yours, i don't know why.
