Greetings,

I acquired this watch from the lovely recommended ebay thread. dsio posted it, and put it on my radar. This is my third Omega to purchase. First a gift, second a rusty 167.007 that I am attempting to rescue, and now this. I had been eyeing some other Constellations, but this ticks a few boxes for me. Totally stoked to have it. The gilt dial does have some imperfections, but to me they acceptable. It measures 35mm, 38mm w/crown. Hidden lugs, so vertically it is 40mm.

I will say, I do not believe this is the correct bracelet for it, which should be a 2051. However, it fits nicely, looks fine, and I'm ok with wearing it as it is.

On the off chance that anyone has a 2051 bracelet, or a gasket for this reference, please let me know! Especially the gasket. My local watchmaker does not have an Omega account, but he is a good guy and would put the gasket in for me.

Thank you to the forum, and to all who contribute. Happy to have acquired such a rare piece.

Here is the reference in a white dial, with what I think is the correct bracelet. This was on some site, birth year watch, and was sold some time ago.

I don’t have a bracelet lead but damn that’s a cool watch reference being so unusual and an ultra thin automatic with a cool dial. I was really tempted to go for it myself at the time.
