Considering buying a Seamaster 30

This watch is sold at “Beso Ur&Antikhandel” which is a serious antiquities reseller and the watchmaker there has serviced it and leaves 1 year of warranty.

However I just want to make sure it has not been redialled. What do you think? Is it legit?

Looks ok to me. Crown looks like a replacement. Not sure. What's the price?

Looks good, though the case looks fairly worn. The price is on the high side.

Maybe, but the watchmaker has recently serviced it, meaning he has completely disassembled it and thoroughly cleaned it, switched the glass and crown and made sure that it only gets the time wrong about a minute a week.

So, I think that the price is acceptable since a service like that would cost more than half the price of the watch.

Yes he told me that. According to him it is wise to do so because otherwise there is a risk that the waterproofing there could be degraded which would make the watch vulnerable to moisture.
It is 5400 sek

I stand by my assessment. These are not uncommon watches and case condition is only so-so. A service (if nothing serious is wrong) on a 30mm movement should not be expensive, nor is it complicated. As a reference point I handled one of these (albeit a sub-seconds version) only yesterday and it is going for a service next week. That will be 4.200 SEK all in and the cosmetic condition is much better.

Yes. You can find them cheaper (adding the costs of service). But still I think the price (around EUR 580) is within the range of acceptable with proof of service. A service will cost you normally around EUR 200 up to EUR 350 (depending of availability of watchmakers) so app. EUR 350 for the watch is just ok.
