Don’t have one, but if I were to add a moonphase to my collection it would be this: Ulysse Nardin Classico Luna 40mm. There’s something timeless about its style

Nice "blue moon" since you posted it twice. I like the crescent shaped cutout detail that the moon and stars rotate in. Is this a micro-brand, I don't recall seeing one before.
