Considerations for a modern Submariner purchase (14060/14060M)

I really appreciate everyone’s input awhile back which helped me focus my search and find the right Submariner for me. Can’t go wrong with any of the 14060 variations over the 20 year production, but I went with the tritium one I was drawn to the most. I took your recommendations to find one with all the boxes and papers and of course in excellent condition. It took quite awhile to successfully buy one (twice I lost out to someone else in my year and a half search). Here’s my recently purchased unpolished neo-vintage 1995 Submariner that I wanted to share with you to close out this thread. Thanks again to you all for the help.

That is exactly the 14060 that I would want. Fantastic condition and nice patina on the lume. Great pick-up!

EDIT: dibs 😉

Duly noted, but you may have a long wait. I don’t think I will get tired of this one anytime soon.

No, I can practically guarantee you won't! Mine is exactly like yours, and has been on my wrist nearly every day since I bought it new in 1996. Built like a tank and highly reliable! I've been all around the world with mine. Its a great watch wear it and enjoy it! ::psy::
