POinNY
·Hello all,
Looking for input from those in the US since I believe warranty card procedures differ overseas. I purchased a PO8900 from an Omega Authorized dealer and I noticed that the warranty card has mostly handwritten information. See pic for reference
Is it normal now for US ADs to hand write the reference number, serial number and date while the Jeweller information is typed? I know that when you buy from an Omega boutique in the U.S. everything on the card is typed so I’m just wondering about when it’s purchased via AD and if this is normal practice. I ask because in the past I remember most of this stuff being typed.
For reference it did come with the Master Chronometer and Pictogram cards, both of which are fully typed on.
Thanks in advance
