Rich at Time Titans is not a bad guy. I Buy/Sell and trade with him every week. He's very easy going to talk to if you interested in a watch and is more than willing to work out a reasonable, even wholesale direct price.
Look, if one's business is selling vintage watches and one either fails to disclose, or is unable to detect, an obvious redial, then something is wrong.
Listen, I've even fought with him on some dials that might be redials. If I was interested in the watch, I would just reach out and ask.
I am not interested in the watch. I am flabbergasted that this dial is being referred to as "amazing", "beautiful", and "lovely". I am also dumbfounded by the number of blatant redials, in the Time Titans catalog, that lack full disclosure.
Im just saying in general, even though its not disclosed, I would still reach out and ask and I'm sure you would get an answer. Im sure lots of people on the forum have dealt with him with very positive outcomes.
I appreciate your suggestion and I trust that Rich is great to deal with but his ethical practices are highly questionable. It would be easy for a noob to buy one of his watches only to later find out that he had bought a redial. And for the price of an original dial. This is simply not okay.
