I want to buy omega
Two choices, Planet Ocean with out box and paper, and ck2998 Pulsometer new box and papers . What to choose. Planet ocean is about 1.5k less than ck2998. Help is appreciated.

Do you want a diver or a chrono?
Do you want a watch to wear at the beach or in the shower a true 24/7 watch?
Do you want a unique Speedy with a unique complication on the bezel?

No hand winding interaction with you watch or being tactile with it every day?
Will you wear it everyday or in rotation with other pieces?
Not a fan of non complete watches to purchase but each to there own if the price reflects

I think he's referring to the PO not having box & papers included with the sale as "non complete". I like both options but I think the 37mm PO does look and feel taller on the wrist compared to the 42mm

The Pulsometer is a really cool looking watch. I think I'd wear that everywhere except the beach or pool.

I would go with the CK2998, I'm partial to panda dials, and it's limited.

I have the 2018 CK2998 and a 42mm Titanium PO which are two of my favorites. I'd go with the CK2998 if I could only get one as for me I tend to wear it more often. I wear it with both the racing bracelet and strap.

I have the CK2998 pulsometer and love it. Extremely comfortable right out of the box, love the panda and up to date dial.
I think this one has the potential to keep going up in value as well as the blue 2016 version.
I picked up a Hesalite speedy 2 days before the new one was announced - too loose or too tight bracelet.
The Forstner flat link bracelet (OR Uncle Seiko) solved that problem - very light, very comfortable, Forstner flex links help comfort through the day. The polished/brushed looks fantastic.
The 19mm version would look great on the CK2998.

Planet Ocean - Totally different vibe, beautiful - your lifestyle should answer which works best.
.....unless you collect Omegas, then take the CK2998.
It's only money!!!
