Just picked up this 1966 Citizen Ace, a real beauty in my opinion.
Never thought much of Citizen until meeting bristnj on OF - thanks Jeff for your help.

Here are a few photos...

An underrated vintage brand, at least outside of Japan. I have quite a few.

Citizen Seven Star Parawater Diver. 1st Japanese watch to be truly waterproof. This one is from 1969. Runs well too.

First generation Citizen diver – equivalent to the iconic Seiko 62MAS, though a much smaller production run. Very difficult to source. Note that the two different lume colors on the hour and minute hands are original! Citizen used that on some other models, as well, presumably as it might have been easier to distinguish the two in murky water. (I have a few uncommon, early Citizen divers that I might be willing to sell to serious collectors, so feel free to PM me.)
