Chronometer card not working when scanned using Omega app

Hi guys. The Chronomaster card cannot be scanned when I use my omega app. It says "not able to scan" and this makes me a little worried about my seamaster.

Sometimes when it scans it brings me to the official omega website but it's in Chinese. No details of the watch comes up.

I bought it from a dealer here in Melbourne. I have attached the photos too including the serial number showing on the cards. Can someone pls help? Thank you so much!

Create an account on the Omega website and confirm the info directly from there.

Absolutely gorgeous seamaster- congratulations.

You could try contacting(visiting) an Omega Boutique and see if the card can be replaced?

As suggested, create an account, put in the chronometer number and the METAS data should show up. It has worked with all the METAS Omega's I've had, no issues. I then download a .pdf of the certificate and save that. Scanning sometimes has issues. I don't think Omega will replace the card.
