Chronograph Sub Dial Help

Hi guys.
Forgive me I’m new to chronographs

I set my seconds had at 9 (stopped it) yesterday (can’t remember when) and when I woke up the sub dial was on 1

Is this normal? Shouldn’t it move to once when I’ve started it again and it completes a full 60 seconds

please help me clear this confusion as I’m now thinking there’s something wrong with my watch.

Nothing wrong, you just moved the watch around roughly enough to cause the hand to move. If you want to prove this to yourself do the same thing but lay the watch face up on something and don’t wear it, and the hand will not move...

Like you mean like a small shock or a sudden movement and it just skipped actions?

tbh I’ve only had it a week and I’m super baby-ing it. So I didn’t think anything like that had happened.

thank you for your input.

The Chronograph timer works for 12 hours only and it will stop at 0. You need to restart it again to start timing again up to 12 hours.

Uh, nope. The hour counter will keep turning as long as the watch is running and the chronograph is turned on.

My bad, I was thinking of a quartz chronograph
