also if your in the USA, they may process payment through a 3rd party like PayPal that would offer some buyer protection. Just an idea, but I’m definitely going to keep my eyes open.

their prices including DHL express shipping and insurance. Posted within 3 days of funds clearing, arrived within a week.

I had a rather protracted transaction with them. Piece listed at different prices online. Agreed a price in 1st week of January (inc all customs charges). Watch arrived broken a week later, on a rather old and worn strap. Chronograph wouldn’t reset. Looking at online images from the original seller, the watch clearly hadn’t been through their checking process! Back it went, followed 2 days later by a customs bill from DHL. It was explained that I paid a UK company and bank (they have a uk office) and that any responsibilities lay with Chronoexpert which luckily I had in writing.
Finally watch back with me after nearly 3 months fully serviced.
I wouldn’t purchase through them again.
