Chocolate 'Tropical' Dial Speedmaster 145022-69

Dear OF members,
I am selling my Tropical 145.022-69 Speedmaster.
It's a beautiful watch with a lovely warm brown dial. Serial # 29,606,XXX which is within the known serial range for brown dials.
Depending on movement number, 145.022-69's came with either a B1 'Dot diaginal 70', or a B2 'Dot close to 70' bezel (as per 'Moonwatch Only'). Mine came to me with a B2 bezel in excellent condition, but would have left the factory with the earlier B1 bezel.
Comes on a 1039 bracelet dated 1970, with eight stretch links (all tight), and #516 end links.
Crisp case lugs and well preserved caseback with distinct hippocampus.
Date of last service unknown.

Thank you for the offers received, but not quite there yet, so to broaden the net here's a new price of $CAD 23,500 (excl. shipping & transaction fees). If it doesn't sell back into the vault it goes.
