Hi all, just got this watch and what lead me to pull the trigger were the interesting pair of hands,
anyone know the name of this type?
Have a good weekend all!

Syringe? In his book Watchmaker’s and Clockmaker’s Encyclopaedic Dictionary, Donald DeCarle calls them “Golf”.

Never seen anything like those hands, seem to be a variant or combination of hands... closet is breguet with a solid ring near tip instead of hollow combined with thin syringe hands. Curious if anyone can find out exactly. Looked up "golf" watch hands and all I found were youtube instructional golf videos.

Cervantes wrote ‘Don Quixote' in 1605, and he carried a lance. He used it for ‘tilting at the windmill’.

I like how the other dude on the horse is looking at him like "WTF are you doing?" 😁

Those hands images ought to be pinned somewhere. Useful reference.
